I took their 200% bonus and deposited $10, well I hit a $204 line hit on a .50cent bet then raised my bet to .75cents and hit the bonus for $315, right after that I noticed I had no access to my account, went into chat and after sending a screenshot the gal was "I’ve never seen this let me escalate it" yeah, sure. I continued to play and went back into chat and some guy told me the problem was that I was logged in? And to log out and tech would take a look but it would take 15-20 days! Lol!
