It was stated in the terms that they would ask for ID, Proof of address, but I had to submit POA 3 times until they finally accepted it. After that easy withdraw. Always read the terms of the site you deposit to and always read the terms of the bonuses you take. They don't deal with deposit refunds if you can't complete the KYC. So only deposit if you have the right documents and patience.

They are sabotaging withdrawals , cancelling it without reason , first they say its 2500 daily limit , later they said its 1000 they changed daily limit just like that ). Unfortunately, they often have ridiculous max stakes on bets of 1-2 euros.
