Today I decided to redeem a bonus code that they shared on their Telegram channel, before I went to ask customer service if it was possible for me to deposit the amount and then withdraw it to play the bonus, to which they replied that it was possible but in case of withdrawing the deposit there were two options: play the amount of the entire deposit or pay 10% commission on the deposited amount. I accepted and made the deposit, the bonus arrived and then I withdrew the deposited amount accepting that they charge me the 10% commission, at that time it should be noted that I had already played the free spins of the bonus and was fulfilling the rollover. After a while they reject my withdrawal and set the trap that if I want to withdraw I must do one of these two options: Play everything deposited or delete the bonus. Clearly I did not want to lose the bonus so I decide to play everything I deposited in Live Casino, when I finally finish and proceed to make the withdrawal in customer service they tell me that to do so I must delete the bonus. Clearly, the only thing they wanted was to keep my deposited money and they partly did so since I lost part of it when playing and to top it off, in the end they didn't even let me take advantage of the bonus. One more thing to make it clear, the bonus was not fixed, therefore I was not obliged to continue playing with my money to continue using the bonus. The truth is that I was disappointed, it is the first casino that sets me this type of trap.

An absolute embarrassment of a casino.

Opened an account, ID #HXOI2, completed the verification, deposited with card and won a small amount on live roulette.

I tried to withdraw, however on seven seperate occasions, it was rejected. After each rejection, I contacted live chat, who have me various ridiculous reasons for the withdrawal being rejected - need a photo of my bank card, need a bank statement, try a different browser, need to do more verification.

One time I sent them my bank statement and they said it was approved and I could withdraw, only for my withdrawal to be rejected and be told they were mistaken and they couldn't approve my bank statement because it wasn't in the IBAN format.

Eventually, on the eighth attempt, after several hours of trying, they sent the withdrawal to my card, which took a while day to show up.

The site then removed the option for me to deposit with card and I tried to deposit with crypto.

I made a deposit to the address provided on my account, however the funds were never credited to my account.

I contacted live chat and provided the transaction ID and screenshots. All I was told was that someone would look into it and I'd be emailed. Needless to say, I never received either an email or my deposit. The company basically stole money from me.

An absolute disgrace of a site. Avoid at all costs.
