They screwed me as soon as i signed up!! I came across their welcome bonus and signed up. I deposited, and didn't receive the bonus.. Which unfortunately isn't that uncommon. Can usually be activated through live chat so off i went to live chat. I received a support person straight away (hence the 1 star) and didn't even get to finish typing my problem when i got an automated message saying management has disabled all promos and bonuses on my account and won't be re instating them. WTF!!! Was signed up for all of 2mins.. Lead me the rough real registration and deposit process with the promise of their welcome bonus only to basically be lied to and dismissed! Wasn't even able to access live chat anymore. How can these "SCUMBAGS" get away with things like this? No explaination just total blatant BS. AVOiD THIS CASINO. I trust Guru, but don't know how they have their score so high when the very first thing they did to me was screw me out of the bonus!!

- Misleading, carrot dangling, advertise bonus only to be fraudulant.

Good online casino with a large number of available slot game titles from famous software providers. I'm thankful their live chat functions. The bonuses are very decent offers, as are the deposit and withdrawal options.

Very fast awarding of the free-spins registration bonus. They might be only 10 but are wager free which is not very common nowadays. Good offer and nice looking casino.
