I joined Slotella some months ago and they seemed like a friendly and exciting brand. There were some technical issues (such as sending my withdrawal to another customer by mistake) but these were resolved and I received my payouts.
However, when I won over £10K with them more recently, they requested KYC documents and following these they voided my entire balance. OK fair enough, they do state in their T&C that they cannot service UK customers. However, UK was on the list of selectable countries on sign up.
In view of this, I felt it would be fair that they sent me my £10K and then closed my account, but no they did not do this - they just voided the whole lot.

Earlier this month made a harsh but honest review on this casino, in which I stated the casino ignored support tickets and delayed withdrawals, I suppose said things were caused because of a restructure or something in that light. Had a second chance with the casino after one of my support tickets was answered, and found out they are now offering live chat, which is actually helpful, giving not only answers but also problem-solving. They are clearly improving, 3/5 because I'm still taking into account my lengthy KYC process and the problems I had before live chat was provided, I believe they can get better with time.
Making an edit of this review to warn they use NEW BONUS TERMS RETROACTIVELY, as seen in a complaint by a player that got her winnings voided FOR NO REAL REASON. Sadly, I thought they could get better with time but it wasn't the case, be careful when playing with a bonus or don't take bonuses at all.

The casino provides good bonuses to get your deposits locked. If you take any bonus and play any microgaming slots it gets recognised as Immortal Romance slot on their backend. Immortal romance is forbidden to play. They worngfully removed 8500 euros of winning of my account(I have video proof). I send them the proof about the bug. I send 10 inquiries with proof about the site bug 12 days ago to force a reply from casino. They say they will conduct an investigating of the issue with the video proof I ve provided and they will contact me shortly. 12 days later they do not reply even to me at all. At least I was expecting a reply saying we are still looking on it or something, please do worry it takes longer, but nothing yet!
