I agree with the last few reviews of this casino. They do continuously send you free chips, which most players know is just a no-no to play more than 2 in a row, however, this was the very 1st online casino I ever played at several years ago, and I just simply wasn't aware of the multiple bonus rule. So, on about my 8th or 9th free chip, I ran it up to a couple hundred bucks, and when I contacted CS, I was told to be in violation of their policies, and my account was locked. Waited about a week, got to reading other casinos T&C's, as well as Tropica's, and came to realize that this was standard, so I did accept their decision. I then (still be a newbie) decided that I wanted to make a deposit. Now, I'm glad that never came to fruition. But, instead of CS listening to my "side" and earning my potential deposit, they just stopped responding altogether. Or, I was to be transferred to an account manager or something. It became frustrating after a couple of weeks, so I gave up. I'm glad I did now. I liked their games. I had fun on my 8 Free Chips. Ha! But, I soon realized that their customer service is their downfall. I considered that if I would have actually won following the rules, then this is a company that can absolutely just ignore and not pay, and wouldn't care. They are not a good casino, and what separates these casinos, because there are dozens and dozens of Rival software casinos, is their customer service. Games are the same across the board. Service is not. These guys are at the bottom of the barrel, as is shown here @ LCB. Stay away.
