Vauhdikas Casino Review

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with multiple Presenter Group casinos, including this one. They seized all my deposits without any explanation and discontinued all communication with me. I had been actively playing and utilizing the bonuses they consistently sent me through email, resulting in a significant amount of money being held in my accounts.

Based on my experience, their actions seem highly suspicious and resemble a scam. I strongly advise anyone considering playing at these casinos to steer clear and avoid engaging with any of their associated establishments. The lack of transparency and communication raises serious concerns about their legitimacy and trustworthiness.

Verification and customer service is a joke.
They spend up to 10min before replying to live chat requests.
Many times, my questions has not even been answered correctly.
For instance, I asked them when daily bonuses gets updated, waited 4minutes, and then they replied with "please clear cache and cookies". Unbelievable.
The worst part however is the time it takes to verify your account. I uploaded my drivers license over 10 days ago, and still not verified. I have also asked three times over e-mail why it's taking so long, and it's because of "unusual activity at the verifications department" whatever that means.
Oh and I never win. Like ever. This I can live with because I might just be unlucky but holy shit. I have deposited 11 times, totaling 10.000NOK, not once won. I turned 1000NOK to 3800NOK but lost it all an hour later on 3NOK - 8NOK bet.

Average new casino with nothing special feature. Bad bonus wager requirement. Unfrindly support. Difficult website to use by android phone.
Few deposit, not even close to win anything, very bad payback % for me. No experience of withdrawal process.

Has potential but:
- site not ideal on a phone screen (used on Apple 13 pro Max). Unable to see more than 2 or 3 search results while scrolling
- A loooing way between features/free spins. Eg you bet 40c then a game may have a ‘buy feature now’ for $40 - I spent $150 and never got a 2nd feature before I gave up. This was not an isolated experience and happened time after time and because I like to play Megaways it was painfully obvious.
- when I finally get a Megaways feature the returns are crazy low. Eg spent $75 to get a $40 buy now, and ‘won’ $5 dollars - kept playing, eventually got the feature again, and ‘won’ $3 something - lucky me! Different game, finally got Megaways free spins feature, played my 10 free spins and won…$0 - never have I got a $0 feature without immediately being spun the feature agin but here…nope, no 2nd chance, feature just ‘reset’ to regular play again.

I did have 2 decent collects on Diamonds of the Realm and the similar Grail game by Play N Go but that was all.

Maybe it was just bad luck but I play a lot of Megaways and when the ratio of spin-spend to Buy Now to get a feature is so high, Greed mode is obviously active. Besides making it virtually impossible to win your money back - it’s just not fun - and that’s the only reason to play.

I might drop back in a few months to see if things have improved (and update my rating) and I look forward to hearing others experiences, but for now, I’m going back to my usual places.

I felt this casino is lacking in availability of games and wagering is too high 50%. After making my 3 deposits and receiving the welcome bonuses offered...left me feeling dissatisfied because I'm so used to its sister sites bonuses offers (one daily freebie spin for chance to win prizes and weekly freebies). Now just waiting to complete my 3rd deposit bonus of 20 spins for 20 days on one game Candy Bonanza. Lack of loyalty benefits and/or rewards for keeping customers.
