OK, gambling is risky, but if you have loyalty points in the casino you should be allowed to use them before you leave the casino for good. I had loyalty points worth around 50 euros and was not allowed to receive them because part of them would only be paid out in 9 days. Absolutely unfair and no consideration in the chat.

I wouldn't recommend this site. Support IS horrible. If you have any issues, support just copypastes The same answers everytime. You need to wait a lot to get your issues resolved.
