I'm waiting for two withdrawals, one of them since 17/03.
In the verification tab it says no verification is needed, I've already made several withdrawals and had the money in the account in 48/72h.
From one moment to the next they don't make payments and the replies in the chat say to send an email to support, I send emails to support and they say they're having small delays.
I've been sending more emails and they haven't replied to my emails for more than 4 days.
It was good once, now don't use Casinia it's not reliable, the rating is completely wrong.

They don't want to pay your money.
I played with them until they put a limit on me. I was able to make the first withdrawal, but then they made me wait over a month for the second. Then they rejected it. I've already verified everything. I sent some proof of address, but they say the documents aren't valid. I sent them in every way they asked, and they still use the excuse that the document isn't valid when it's perfectly valid. They do this so they don't pay me my remaining balance.
