I explained to them that I made the deposit thanks to winnings from other casinos and even provided a bank statement showing the funds transferred to the same account from which I made the deposit at their casino.

These guys are total idiots. I tried to register and it says "email address blocked by system cannot register player" So I went to live chat and escalated the issue. So they message me and say "please email us for your registered account because we cant find an account with your address". Obviously a lazy and idiotic response because my issue is I CANNOT register. So In the last 20 minutes support has emailed me 3 times saying "jenn we cant help you if you do not tell us your email you used to register" I am typing VERY clearly to them 4 times now "I CANNOT REGISTER. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. MY ISSUE IS MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS BLOCKED AND I NEED TO KNOW WHY" And they simply keep responding with please contact us from the proper email address. Absolute braindead casino wow.
