I like this casino. This is one of the few casinos where I have won on slots, which is very nice. just writing a quick review about my recent experience with cloudbet from like 1 hour ago.

Worst Customer support ever - do not play here, they will not help you in any way if you have any problems.

I accidently bet 10x my normal bet size (which they can see) and I kindly asked if they can cashout the bet because it was an honest mistake. Now Im waiting for 2 hours and no help, the bet of course lost, and im just getting ''we are waiting for an answer from our team'' messages for the first hour and since 1h Im getting no more answers at all.

Of course its a mistake by myself but a good support can help me this one time with such an issue. Im playing there every day and they cant help an everyday customer with such a small thing.

Hello, do not believe the positive reviews on this cloudbet casino, they have not paid me money for 10 days, and they do not say anything at all. I don't recommend playing here.

I love Cloudbet. I am leaving my review at 5 stars, if I dinged them at all on that it would be only slightly and only because I don't have the easiest time with navigation of the slot machines. At Cloudbet, they paid me out, easy breesy....if they had every game I wanted to play, I would only play here. But it is on my top three and as long as you are an honest person just relaxing and wagering, they will treat you well and help you if you have a problem. The games pay out well on average also, it is not a matter of luck. On average you will play longer here than at most casinos.
