They will delay your withdrawals so that you can cancel them and play them, suspicious transactions showing up on payment, customer service replies to you on 99% of occasions "you will be informed soon with email" and it will take >5 days. They are scammers. I am a VIP client so I have a 15% cashback on Mondays. I lost €3700 that week so I was entitled to €550 in deposit and they only deposited €200. Do not play with this company. I also wrote to them and they do not deign to answer.

My experience is horrible. I have been waiting for a €500 withdrawal for 9 days and customer service responds quickly but only gives you the runaround, telling you to wait and see if they are working on it, but days go by and they don't give you any solution. They say that it is being processed but that they hope you have patience.
