I used to really like Wild Sultan. They appear to run the 96% version of games, have a rather large slot selection, and have a good looking website. This was back when they were operated by the Luck Factory. Since they've changed to Next to You BV, they've gone way downhill. I can't even get the bonuses they send out in promotional emails. Instead, I get support saying to me "What do you want?". Painful.

I won 1150$ and asked à withdraw, I then sent all the appropriate documents for my account verification as stated on their site. They asked for another proof of residence, I provided the appropriate documents and they sent me a email stating that my account was verified. 5 hours later, they sent another email saying that the documents provided where not good anymore! I sent numerous valide documents as asked and still are bullshiting me that it’s not enough!

Wild Sultan casino removed fake games from their games directory which I think is a big step of them but how will you know that this could be temporarely and as long the time goes by they will restock them back? I must say no to this casino, yes the casino looks good and their games are nice too but now I know there were fake games, I won't spend any penny here ever again. I could not believe that I say this but this casino might be the first casino that offer that low first deposit offer, only 50% up to 100 euro or equivalent. Some casinos offer 200% first deposit offer and in comparison that's 4 times as much as Wild Sultan offers their new players. Support are good and payments are decent, not very fast but it's not slow either. They too have a great amount of games for us to choose from. No big withdrawals were made but I have no loss either but I'd rather play at casinos with faster withdrawal time.
