Two years ago, I closed my account from the horrible game experience and never had a chance to withdraw. Recently I noticed that they opened my account without my request or approval. Requested my account to be closed with two email approvals, but they didn't close it. I find their casino to be corrupt and definitely not the best online as they advertise, more like the worst online casino.

I get Christmas offer bonus of 75 euro. Before I play with this money I ask at live chat which is the max profit which I could withdraw from this offer and after a check which they done with the casino team they answered X10. So the max amount of the cash that I can have from this offer is 750 euros. The money that I have to bet before make a withdrawal is X40. So I have to bet 3000€ if I want to get 750 profit. So I start to play with the 75 euro and the god of luck come with me and the money went to almost 2.000 when I complete the X40 requirement. So I have in my mind that 750 of them will come to me and other 1250 stays at casino. They cheat me and they give me only 300 euros. I received payment yesterday, so I can confirm that this is a legit casino, and they do eventually pay but the processing time is very slow. In my particular case it was close to 2 weeks. I'm not very impressed by that, so while I do recommend Casinoly as a decent casino as everything else about them is pretty good, but if you're expecting fast payment then I strongly advise you to play elsewhere. If you're someone who gets impatient waiting and gets tempted to reverse the withdrawal and play down the balance, then I urge you to stay away from this site because the extended delays will frustrate you to bits and you will lose all your winnings. A rule that I have implemented for myself when gambling is... once I've submitted a withdrawal request I will never reverse it and play it down, no matter how long the wait is because sometimes I feel like this is what they want you to do so my number one rule for myself is to never touch the withdrawal even if it takes weeks or months. It's frustrating as hell waiting that long, but if you can wait it out, you do eventually get your money. But if you don't have control over this faculty, then yeah best to stay as far away as possible from this casino and their other brands under the same management. Save yourself the agony.

I'm glad I got paid but I'm not sure if I'd be a regular patron at this casino. They really should re-evaulate their processes because I'd imagine they would be losing a lot of returning players.

Everything about this casino is pretty good except for one thing, and it's a crucial one... withdrawal time. I won $3000 and submitted a withdrawal request a week ago and have still not received anything. Have contacted support on several occassions and they assure me that I will receive my winnings. I do believe that they are a legit casino and I will eventually be paid but the long wait for withdrawal is a major set back and I will probably avoid playing here in the future if withdrawals were to take this long everytime. Unless they improve in this department, I can only give this casino an average rating, which is ashame because everything else was great.
