So by creating the account there i could only bet 100€ as maximum and the support couldn't fix the issue and after hitting a win i self exclude myself to protect the winnings but they've delayed the payment like for two weeks for no reason. Hello, I would now advise against this casino. I was a VIP and had reached and completed the Anaconda level. When I asked in the chat about the reward (2000 euros), I was told that I had not activated the bonus. This level is not a bonus but a reward for deposits and game points, especially since I had never deactivated anything. I also received a code via the VIP manager. I was so angry in the chat that they did not want to credit the 2000 euros that they should delete the account, this happened very quickly. I sent a copy of the chat to the VIP manager, no reaction. I felt it was fraud because the VIP level says reward and not bonus and why should I have deactivated the bonus

These are scammers. Don't send money here! I replenished my account with 150€ and placed a series of bets due to which the balance increased by + 140€, as a result, the verification was completed! I even took pictures near the house above a sign with an address and a passport in my hands! Money is not given!!! Once again, they are scammers!

Let me start from beginning. I am from UAE and i open an account in cobra casino a month ago and deposit money through my credit card, everything was fine at that stage. Then they asked for card verification and other things which i did it properly and they approve it. When i won the bet and try to withdraw money to my credit card they said we can not send money to cards in Uae and u need to provide is with account number and verify that as well which i did it properly. They became with the excuse that we can not even transfer money to account and you need to open MiFinity Account wich i did as well. This was only the beginning nad worse mess happen at the end where i placed bet $2000 on argentina to win overall in final. After all happen in the game, argentina won and i expected my return but i recieved my even money. I start chat with them which I’m gonna post as well about the situation and even the support team doesn’t know what happened and he told me ur bet it’s not valid for penalties then i said ok then I should have lost since it become draw and he had nothing to say. As u know all betting online are using algorithms to scam the customers but this company is beyond your emaginatin which I can’t believe. Be careful with the big scammers
