Even after going through the hassle, they wanted more personal info, like phone calls and address verification. And all this drama just to withdraw $40! As i pointed out earlier, they're either bots or trying to make you think they are regulated which is not the case with a curacao license. That hold zero to no value, anyone can get a license for a fee paid to curacao. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM LOSING MONEY.

The casino allowed me to deposit and play, and even though my account was verified, after I tried to make a withdrawal the casino remembered that I was excluded for gambling and now refuses to pay me and has taken all my money.

A really strange casino... First of all, before making a deposit, I asked if the bonus code xy was active, which was confirmed. When I deposited, the bonus didn't arrive and I was told to try again if I used all the new customer bonuses... So I had a 50% bonus with x60 instead of the requested 250% with x45.
