So eventually just stopped thinking I could deposit here because I got obviously can never be verified. Apparently the Dama casinos are very different, some seem good, others are scams. I deposited the minimum amount (20 euros) with a bonus, lost and then a few days later, as is often the case, I got free no deposit spins. I then used these to win back the 20 euros and the first thing they did was reject you and ask you to take a selfie with a piece of paper in addition to the normal KYC for 20 euros. OK, done, requested a new withdrawal but was rejected after 3 days for no reason. You are asked to ask the reason by email/chat, strangely, before the reason was in the rejection email.
Ok, wrote an email, oh surprise no answer.
