Waiting for a withdrawal over 2 months .Contacted Pagcor the licence holders in the Philippines. They informed me they withdrew Frumzi casino licence on the 31st December 2024 .If you are owed money by this casino i can safely say that you will not get your money .All you can do now is contact mastercard or visa and make them aware you were scammed and contact the police .I contacted pragmatic play also .All you can do now is stop others depositing here as this casino has no licence .Unfortunately they have my bank details thats why I contacted the police

One of the worst casinos I've tested. E-mails are not answered, cannot set a deposit or loss limit, They promise to close the game account after 24 hours after the request, but it took about a week from the first request.. Finally, they closed the account when the game was winning and I had sent an email saying that the game account cannot be closed yet while the account has money. HORRIBLE PLACE! I do not recommend. I have requested a bank statement for the first time about a week ago. They have not given it, and did not react to the request in any way.

Unfortunately, my experience at the casino is very bad, mainly because of the withdrawals. I've made withdrawal requests of 30 euros each and honestly I'm 5 days and I'm waiting for them to put the money in my account which of course has not happened and everything they tell me is in the final stage.
