My bonus was suppposed to be 35$ but was only given $30. Had to get help cause the bonus wouldnt work than to find out the play thru limit was up there to even cash out

I am still awaiting my withdrawal after I won on with NDB. The KYC process is tedious and took 7 business days to complete. The withdrawal time of 7 days with crypto is laughable. Judging by my experience thus far it will probably take 15-20 days to complete. I'm expecting them to decline the payout of the NDB, it's the only reason I can think of why it would take that long to process a payout
