I had a large review with description of behavior of this casino team work methods but it was rejected for a strange reason. I hope this time it will not be rejected - all potential clients should know does it woth to register here or not. I would be shorter this time.

My experience
I deposited 75 and choose 100% bonus, they confiscated my winnings over 1000 EU as I have exceeded maximum bet allowed by their terms and conditions (which is by the way is very very low 2EU). I have many winning bets below 2 and some over 2 up to 4. I mostly check terms before choosing bonus but this time I just check the terms when I have some bets over 2 (as all the other casinos definitely have higher limits if maximum bet I couldn't imagine that it was so low), so I were honest and informed support. Also in their terms and conditions clearly is written this "Higher than admissible rates (before full turnover), will not be taken into account." so they should just reduce amount of net winnings from the bets over 2. But they didn't bother to do that, and instead of reducing my winning amount they just confiscated my winnings with deposit. So for all to know: this casino will do anything to avoid paying you even they will not care about their OWN terms and conditions. And the fact that bidding higher I made violation lowers my chances to claim a complaint against them. I doubt nobody of third parties would review the case so accurate.
I repeat this casino is very overrated here - deserves no more than 1-2 stars. I have all reasons to say it and can prove anything I write.

So first of all, I had my doubts with this casino. Since it's kinda unknown in the gambling world I didn't know if I could trust it.
Nevertheless, I wanted to try my luck here and won a lot of money.
Verification took like a day only and they paid me 2 business days later.

Now I can trust them with bigger deposits/withdrawals and am looking forward to gambling more here. Although the limit says 2500€/£/$, you can STILL make multiple withdrawal requests if you won more than 2500€/$/£ so that's great actually. Additionally, they have a good variety of live casino games.

To sum it up, in my opinion I can recommend this casino from my experience. However, the customer service and live chat need to get reworked and it feels very difficult to talk to the agents and I rarely have the feeling as if I'm talking to someone who actually understands me.

I am not sure why they have so many bad reviews, because I had a good experience (so far). They have different deposit and withdrawal methods, which is great for me. Withdrawals limits are okay (but good for Curracao licenced casino). Bonuses are also good with fair terms

I have signed up with this casino and made the firdt deposit via a promotional email. I was to receive 50 free spins. The free spins was not allocated. I contacted the casino and explained to them that the deposit was made via a link but Im just being told that I did not activate the bonus. I sent a screen shot showing that the bonus was not an option in the deposit section even after clicking on the link, but I get the same negative answer. Most casinos will activate the bonus when clicking on the link unless specified that you must use a bonus code, which they did not.
I pointed out that the free spins that is in my account, can not be played due to country restrictions and requested that they allocate it to a different provider. The reply was just the game is not available in my country. This casino clearly dish out bonusses but does not accommodate the player. Everey single other casino I have played at change the provider if not available to you.
They also state in the help section that they have a live chat but that is nowhere to be find on the website.
