If you are lucky enough to manage to click on a bonus and it not flick you away from it with no way of seeing it's no longer selected., well once you get the FS bonus, you must check that they have actually awarded you this bonus as 99.9% of time they have not.
What you don't know is you have to contact them as soon as you buy the ungiven bonus that they should rightfully give you and not spend a single cent of your hard earnt money and wait and wait and wait 20-30 mins for them to say..... Oh yeah we will reward you with Free spins, like they are doing you a favour..
BEWARE, even if you contact them requesting the spins you paid for, the operator admits they were not given and said she was going to load them on my account. I figured the conversation was over so I went to bed. When I woke apparently that as I didn't answer the operators question about 15 mins after she said she'd load them, (my mistake, I assumed as she said she would load them, i thought she meant it) that was not the case.
I'd spent MY MONEY that morning then was quicly told that as I didn't answer the question being, do you want the free spins.

I WANTED THEM WHEN I PAID FOR THEM, I ALSO WANTED THEM WHEN I WAS ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS, I ALSO WANTED THEM WHEN YOU SAID YOU WOULD LOAD MY ACCOUNT WITH THE SAID PURCHASED FS'S, NOW YOUR SAYING BECAUSE I DIDN'T CONFIRM FOR A 4TH TIME THAT I WANT THEM YOU ARE NO LONGER GIVING THEM TO ME.

To actually get and use your FS's with this Casino is viurtually impossiuble. I'm still waiting for my "Manager" to call me back

Overall did not like my experience there at all.

on the first day i signed up there i won a good amount on a Pragmatic Play slots, the next day all of sudden all of the Pragmatic Play slots were not loading anymore ?!?

I asked support and they did not provide help or explication at all basically forcing me to play other providers where i ended up losing it all back, i just feels like they completely shutted off my accounts, i was in losing mode only, i understand how casino works and i dont mind losing if i have a run for my money, but this just felt like straight up thievery to me. especially if i add the pragmatic play issues on top of it.

Made many deposits with Interac and received 2 cashouts by the same method. Unfortunately I made the mistake of depositing with my Bank of Montreal Mastercard debit. I made 2 deposits totaling $650 out of $4000 worth of deposits I made in less than a week. The financial Department will not accept documents from Bank of Montreal. Bank of Montreal does not configure their statements or online banking showing your Mastercard 16 digit #. It is just not available. LevelUp support will not accept anything but the configuration they ask for. I uploaded my bank statements, proof of card ownership agreement, proof of the two payments on my Bank account. All rejected by financial department. Suppot said over and over that they will only accept the requested configuration of information with no exceptions. My account therefore is unverifiable and I have no chance of recovering $2800 balance.
I was disgusted and played off my balance and closed my account. They tried to offer me a bonus and promise to help with verification but I had already spend 5 hours in Live chat. I told them I wanted to be self excluded for gambling problems as this way they have to close the account immediately.

Levelup casino is definitely one of the better ones in my experience. The customer service is great and the range of bonuses are the best I have seen.

The mobile app has some technical flaws, it is hard to scroll through the lists of games as the app reloads from the beginning. When exiting a game you are always directed back to the home page or top of the list, which is frustrating considering how hard it is to scroll through!
