I have experienced issues with this casino not responding whenever I asked for help with my withdrawal request. I sent emails and waited until today, but when I opened a new chat, I was told they were having technical issues with their withdrawal system. Hi I've lost my complaint and don't know how to check if I've had replies yet. I had issues that I have now resolved myself. -security deposit minimum being 25 but asking for 60+ -not being able to enter my crypto wallet address as the form would only accept numbers These issues have been resolved. I have been sending in everything they have asked me of. I got confirmation from support that everything was received. However, I am still waiting on payment to come out of pending as I was told it will take between 6-24hours to be paid out. I will check back in tomorrow to see if anything has been updated. Overall gameplay is good, offers are good with low wager, support is quick to reply and hopefully payout is quick.

I was so dumb by the bomb offers I was given by the customer support, who gave me a number and told me to text if I had questions or wanted "exclusive " deposit bonuses. I would deposit accept and NEVER get any where near being able to withdrawal. Finally got sick of it and asked, if this is a no rules bonus why can't I ever withdrawal my winnings. Unbeknownst to me that the no rules still carries a 60x your deposit to withdrawal minimum amount was $1000. Mind you all bonuses were activated by my customer service rep. Never again wasted all that dang money for nothing all my fault to keep trying.
