Support agent "Moni" told me I had a 200% deposit for my account, she said do your deposit and contact chat and we will credit your account when you deposit and contact chat again. She closed chat even though I asked her to wait. I made the deposit and contacted chat 5 minutes later and spoke to agent "Funky" who told me that "The bonus is expired. You will not receive this bonus." Absolutely insane. If they will lie and trick you into depositing what else will they lie about?

I have requested a withdrawal 15 days ago and it is still pending. I am receiving responses that it is still being processed. I do not understand how the expect some one to deposit money and play when the withdrawal period is NEVER ENDING!!!!

No responsible gambling site. You have to send email for closure but they did not even answer my email in 10 days. Horrible unrespobsible site. They promise all kind of answers from different departments but never answer you anything. I asked all the data for legal complaint but they have been holding the info for weeks. They also lie in their email answers if you even get an answer.
