I have been a member of Zotabetcasino for over a year now...It is not my first choice casino but third.
What I find really cool about zotabet is my VIP manager James, ...when I have another day full of losses, he often cheers me up with VIP free spins.

The sign up was easy, playing and selection of games were great, easy site to navigate. And on top I won $2500 off $20 that I deposited. But then everything started to go bad. They tried everything to get out of not paying me, they refused to verify me and after a lot of back and forward they final approved my verification, but then tried to make it very difficult to withdrawal by giving very limited choices. I think they thought the longer they could delayed paying that I would eventually spend my winnings.. But after about 2 weeks of back n forth and many excuses they finally paid out my $2500. Hence why the amount of stars I provided isn't a 1 star as it was a great win and eventually paid out my winnings, but at the same time I would have given them a 5 stars but for all the headache and trouble they caused lost 2 stars. So I give them a 3 stars.

The Casino is horrible, the service is terrible and they don't solve anything, they're worse than their service bot. You deposit an amount using the bonus code and the bonus has to be added manually by an operator who most of the time says you're not entitled to the bonus, inventing some reason not to give you the bonus you paid for, I used the Casino guru code to register and they don't want to give me the 200 free spins, they said I'm only entitled to 80 spins. The casino is a mess and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I recommend Casino guru to review the evaluation given to this casino and to stop recommending it, because they lie about the bonus that is exclusive to the casino.
Update, after contacting the casino the problem persists, they do not provide the 200 spins that are promised here at casino guru who was the one who referred me to this casino. They are dishonest and continue without solving the problem and now they say that I canceled the bonus, being that it was a.bonus that was added daily manually, how could I cancel the bonus all if it was granted in parts after I contacted support via email, because online support always refused.

Not impressed that with a big win takes weeks if the win large. If you win you should not have to wait weeks and withdraw daily in small amount. Also chat was somehow not helpful.

I would like to share my miserable experience with ZotaBet here.
I deposited around 500 or more, which made me win around 3500!
When I tried to withdraw I received an error message!
Then the odyssey began.
I sent this error message to my VIP manager Diana.

I only play with BTC and of course I also wanted to pay out with BTC.
The terms and conditions state that you can pay out 2000 per day.
It said 1000.- for me!


I tried to withdraw 1000 at a time which gave the same error message!

She asked me if I had seen the error message I sent you and that I should check my information. This x times!
So when I send a screenshot, it's not for fun, but to fix an error!

She said there was something wrong with my crypto address!


I copied my crypto address directly from Coinbase, which was 1000% correct.
It worked for all providers, that wasn't the problem!

I was constantly put off and she kept asking the same questions!
Suddenly should I convert the money into BTC?
I asked how and she said it happens automatically. But it wasn't like that!

Supporter Diana is absolutely incompetent and can't fix anything.
It is a well-known tactic of online casino winners to get on their nerves with irrelevant emails in the sense that you will lose everything. That's what happened! I lost all winnings!

I then wanted to have my account closed, which she strictly ignored several times, even now!
This casino is now on the spam list!


I have now promoted myself by setting up a 2FA, which I then immediately deleted. So I can no longer log in there! Completed!

I find it sickening that there are online providers that only accept deposits but not withdrawals!

Maintenance: If you play with BTC and are new here, it's best to just lose because if you win you won't get anything out of it because they don't want it.

And they don't help either, you feel like you're talking to a BOT or an Alzheimer's patient.

Withdrawal request takes time, in my case till now i wait for the feedback in my request because till now its pending! all the requirement that needed was submitted. and then as said by the operator it will takes 7 days before it will transfer in bank? how come it will transfer in bank if till now it is pending? Everytime i talked to the customer service they just said just wait, because they dont have access in finance.
